Ro Graveston, Founder
Family is at the centre of how Ro operates. With an extensive career in banking and corporate finance (after graduating from chef school as an 18 year old), she was determined to bring her down to earth attitude to the advisor space. Enter llama & co!
Ro stands by the fact that every Kiwi is entitled to genuine care, guidance & support in their financial goals. She is passionate, driven & focused on getting the best result for every client, no matter the path it may take.
When she isn’t in front of her computer she could be found at the beach with family, having down time in Kaikoura or walking the dog in the forest.
Ro’s key advice to all clients, present & future, is that if you feel comfortable with the person handling your home ownership journey, you have found a cheerleader for life!

Jo Burke, Mortgage Adviser
After almost a decade behind the scenes in the mortgage industry, Jo realised what she loved most was helping people feel calm, informed and confident through the home ownership journey.
Known for her down to earth approach and straight up advice, Jo is passionate about making the mortgage process feel simple, supportive and human - whether it’s a first home, investment property or next move. She believes every client deserves someone in their corner who genuinely cares, communicates clearly and keeps things moving behind the scenes.
When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her at the gym, spending time with family or drinking coffee.
Jo says it’s about more than just getting an approval - it’s about building long term relationships and being a cheerleader for you along the way.
